Grand Bend is located on the eastern Shores of Lake Huron, about 45 minutes north of London, Ontario and 50 minutes north from Port Huron. Take a drive along the Lake Huron shore and you will find yourself amazed to discover what Grand Bend and area has to offer. We are a summer resort destination with the most beautiful beaches and a sun set second to none. People from Toronto to Detroit have come to Grand Bend every summer since the 1800's. It was fun then and it is fun now!! Try us in the Winter for Winter Carnival, cross country skiing in the Pinery or get on the Ontario snowmobile trails. There is more than enough for your whole family to do in our small town.

Grand Bend has sun, fun and surf and lots of all three. We also have hiking, theatre, spas, fine dining, drag racing, mini putt, batting cages and so much more. Golf in Grand Bend and area is simply fantastic. Try your wings at the Grand Bend Sport Parachuting Center. Please visit Grand Bend, we are waiting to welcome you. Whether it is the beach, the golf, the restaurants, the fun, nature, boating, hiking or just enjoying everything Grand Bend has to offer, your visit is bound to be one of many. You'll come back year after year. There is always something new to find in Grand Bend and area. Visit the Grand Bend Maize Place or run in the Grand Bend Community Run. Golf in one of the many local fund raising tournaments or go for dinner at the Colonial Hotel Wing Night to really meet the locals. We like to raise money to improve our little village. Our Village has a little something for everyone, like fine dining, night clubs, sky diving, the Huron Country Playhouse, sailboats, power water craft and excellent docking facilities for boats of any size. We have everything from T-Shirts to luxury men's and ladies designs for sale. We have camping, resorts, motels and bed and breakfasts to welcome you. An abundance of wildlife such as unique birds, free roaming deer, even world famous butterflies all share the magnificence of the area. The Pinery Provincial Park, Lambton Heritage Museum as well as the Rotary Trail are just some of the things to see and do in our area.
