Meetings at the Blackwell Inn includes a 3,900 square-foot ballroom that can accommodate up to 300 guests or can be divided into three separate rooms for smaller, more intimate banquets and receptions. Much of the state-of-the-art technology featured in the Pfahl Executive Conference Center can also be found in the ballroom. Surrounding the ballroom is beautifully appointed pre-function space for receptions and gatherings. Adjacent to the ballroom pre-function space is the Blackwell's patio, which can accommodate up to 500 guests under tented seating.
