In 1999, when we decided to create a new Restaurant in Jacksonville, we had several "must-do" criteria to include. First, create an exciting atmosphere and decor that would rival other "big city" Restaurants; second, offer a moderately-priced food and wine menu featuring the flavors we had experienced during our travels in California, Provence and the Mediterranean; and finally, pair all this with friendly, professional service that makes you feel at home. We are proud that since then, Bistro Aix has successfully combined these "ingredients" and earned such honorable titles as "Best New Restaurant,"
"Most Romantic Restaurant," "Best Interior Design," and "Best Chef."
