The Akaroa Cooking School is situated opposite the main wharf of Akaroa, New Zealand, and has breathtaking views of the ocean and surrounding hills. Our aim at The Akaroa Cooking School is to show students that cooking can be fun, and something to be shared with family and friends, and should not be considered a chore. There will be plenty of fun and laughter during the day as you learn to cook, and we pride ourselves on using only the finest quality and the freshest of fresh local produce. Cooking classes are conducted in a relaxed environment as students are taught to create dishes from the daily menu.
