Health clubs are ideal venues for making new friends, and even reconnecting with old friends in an environment that is healthy and satisfying, and at Pacific Heights Health Club we offer our specialised services to both members and non-members. After an initial consultation with one of our personal trainers, your health history will be reviewed, your desired goals will be discussed and a fitness assessment will be conducted. After this a personalized fitness and wellness program will be devised based on your goals and interests. Health clubs are not just places to go to, they are places where friendships are formed and healthy lifestyle choices are made.
