David G. Greenhalgh, PLS, founded Turning Point Survey Company in 2004. With a B.S. degree in environmental conservation from the University of New Hampshire, and graduate level coursework at Salem State College, MA in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Mr. Greenhalgh has over 30 years experience in land surveying and consultation.
Mr. Greenhalgh began his career in land surveying in the mountain village of Breckenridge, Colorado and later worked for the City of Boulder. After returning to the New England region, Mr. Greenhalgh worked his way up from field crew chief to Director of Surveys for a number of well established engineering companies throughout New England.
Eventually Mr. Greenhalgh decided he could deliver a higher standard of professional service by becoming an independent business owner. By keeping his business overhead low, he is able to maintain personal involvement in every phase of the project. This allows him to spend the time necessary to render a professional service that is accurate, deadline oriented and cost effective.
Along with forging reliable partnerships with civil engineers, wetland specialists and legal counsel, David G. Greenhalgh's attention to detail has earned him an excellent reputation in land surveying throughout southeastern New England.
