The Star of Texas Inn in Austin, Texas in the United States is now open for business. We proudly offer a relaxing place to stay in central Austin. Star of Texas Inn is near downtown Austin and the University of Texas.

Star of Texas Inn offers a nice place for travelers of all types, whether honeymooners, business travelers or folks just getting away. We have a large wraparound porch, and above that, a balcony that overlooks the neighborhood. Either is perfect for lazy afternoons. Star of Texas Inn has a high speed, wireless Internet connection available to our guests, and several of our rooms have desks for doing work. We also have a parlor for meeting people or just hanging out.

Star of Texas Inn offers you a beautiful room with a comfortable bed. Our house is perfect for couples, business travelers, and visitors to the University of Texas.

Room 10 is the only room with an external entrance, so it is a little more private than other rooms. It has a queen size bed and four windows, three of which face south. The lighting is very nice during the day and the blinds are quite thick. The bathroom has a shower.

Breakfast at the Star of Texas Inn is always good. Breakfast is either made to order or served as a buffet. There is usually a sweet dish, a savory dish and fresh fruit, orange juice, bagels and more. Of course hot coffee is served. Breakfast is served between 7:30 and 9:00 during the week. On weekends, holidays and a few other days of the year we serve between 8:30 and 10:00.
