The Oregon Hang Gliding School offers lessons at the inland training grounds, in Fall and Spring, and Summertime lessons are held at Cape Kiwanda, Pacific City, Oregon, and you learn in five steps of 14 lesson days or 84 hours. The introductory full day lesson offers an excellent overview with an abbreviated ground school lesson and practice in the simulator as well as the basics of assembly, launch and ground skimming, plus 7-12 actual flights from a natural training hill. The Oregon Hang Gliding School offers an incredible variety of lesson choices including glider and harness rental, tandem lessons, kids introduction and so much more, come learn how to fly in fun and safe surrounds.
