In February of 2007 we began selling the individual sites in the form of a 99 year land leases. You can now guarantee a site for your use and best of all, while you are away, we can manage your property on our rental programme.
The Ocean Grove Resort offers beautiful Park Model Homes available to rent on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. These luxury units come fully furnished and equipped for your visit. Inside you'll find a full bath and separate bedroom with a queen size bed. All linens are provided. Our kitchens are equipped for cooking and serving and features: dishes and silverware, electric coffee pot, toaster & microwave. A color cable TV and stereo system add to your comfort and pleasure. All homes are fully air conditioned & heated. Park Homes are approximately 35ft. long & 12ft wide.
