Welcome to McKays Bakery, Abilene, Texas, United States. McKays Bakery has been Abilene's favourite Bakery for four years running, according to the Abilene Reporter News annual Reader Choice Awards. But McKays has been winning fans for more than fifteen years now and as the expanding enterprise continues to grow so do the reasons to love its sweet success.

Bobby Green, who founded McKays with his wife Dianne, has been in the business of baking since 1966. A master baker he is the mastermind behind all of McKays yummy, homemade recipes. Dianne, a creative mind, has been decorating his concoctions by his side for over three decades. In 1991 the couple decided to put their expertise to use by opening their own shop, McKays Bakery.

Eighteen short months after opening their first shop, the McKays team has outgrown their orginal location. Therefore they packed up and moved to the storefront on Cypress. Today you can find yunny McKays desserts, lunches, catering ad cakes at 266 Cypress and at 3113 South 14th. Each store is stocked with fresh goodies twice daily.
