It is becoming a novelty in Florida to have the opportunity to spend the night at a quality place and arrive by boat. Madeira Waters Inn do have a parking spot for the folks arriving by land. We are a single unit Inn/Vacation Rental which actually has an optional room on the first floor if you want to bring the kids, or perhaps another couple.
