Herbie and his wife Diana have been in the restaurant business since 1981. Previously the owners of a fast-food chicken and seafood restaurant, they decided to make a go at a casual, sit-down establishment. A dozen successful years later, Herbie can still be found â??cooking in the kitchenâ? or socializing with the customers. His love for flying is apparent in the decor.
