The Fitness Facility, Santa Rosa Golf and Country Club, Santa Rosa, California, athletic department has undertaken the objective of integrating our current exercise programs, family oriented activities, and body oriented kinesthesia classes into a year round, comprehensive program. As a department we want to build upon the foundation of member satisfaction, by maintaining open lines of communication with the membership participating in these programs in order to build and shape classes that best suit their individual goals.
Our newly remodeled Fitness Facility houses top of the line commercial grade Cybex training equipment. The facility is outfitted with flat screen televisions, a stretching/prep. area, and an on-call personal trainer who can tailor a Fitness plan to meet individual goals and needs.
