Facilities at  Extended StayAmerica include kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, and stovetop, workspace with computer dataport, free local phone calls, personalized voice mail, iron and full size ironing board, on site guest laundry, dining and cooking utensils provided, wireless Internet - one time fee of $4.99 per stay and pet friendly rooms.

Extended StayAmerica studios provide the comforts and conveniences that long-term travelers value most, including kitchens with full-size appliances, computer data ports and separate sleeping, living and working areas.

Our front desk can assist you with mail delivery and fax and copy service should you need it.

Extended StayAmerica provides one full housekeeping service for guests staying seven or more nights. Full service includes dusting, vacuuming, changing linens and towels, emptying trash, cleaning of bathroom and kitchen, replenishing soap and toilet paper if needed and is performed once every seven days. Additional full service cleanings can be purchased at $10.00 per service. Towel exchange is available at the Front Desk for guests staying one to six nights. All guests can also purchase a Refresh Service at $5.00 per service. The Refresh Service includes replacing soiled towels, emptying trash, replenishing soap and toilet paper if needed, and making bed with existing linens. Dishes are not washed during either service.
