Awake each morning to the smell of fresh brewed coffee along with home made breads and muffins. Coffee and tea will be available for early risers on the bakers rack outside your room. Take a cup to our large wrap around porch and watch the pelicans soar across the dunes. Then enjoy our hearty home baked breakfast in the Dining Room.

The Cypress House Bed and Breakfast was built in the 1940's, as a small, private Outer Banks hunting and fishing lodge. The interior is noted for it's unique soft cypress tongue-and-groove paneled walls and ceilings.

There is a common room with fireplace, for reading, card playing, puzzle solving or just good conversation with other guests. Just the spot for a quiet, relaxing holiday. Our six guest rooms, all with private shower baths, are made comfortable and cheery with white ruffled curtains, ceiling fans, central air conditioning and color cable television.
