Crystal's Restaurant was founded in 1982 as a locally owned business in Corpus Christi, Texas by J. P. Jordan. J. P. had extensive experience as a manager and owner of several of Corpus Christi's finest restaurants and bars prior to opening Crystal's. It is this longevity that brings with it the experience required to run Crystal's the way it should be run. The pricing , service and the extensive menu are second to none.
