With a maximum seating of 80 for dinner, it is a fantastic location to host a buffet or sit-down dinner, rehearsal dinner or a great cocktail party. The view overlooking the lagoon on the Intracoastal Waterway is amazing during the sunset each evening. Vibrant orange, red and pink hues stream through the wall of windows and light up the dining room on the second floor.
Located in the ground floor of the Boathouse is a lounge area reminiscent of a rustic cabin on a Martha's Vineyard. Heavy wood planking covers the floor with large wooden beams supporting the ceiling. Natural beadboard drapes the lower section of the walls to create the "rustic" retreat while boat models and lighthouses complete the nautical motif.
