Maine on a 50-acre parcel specifically designed to accommodate groups from 75 up to 1000+.

Whether you're looking to hold a casual business agenda, conducting team-building activities or simply looking for a great place to play for the day, Bayley's Little River Outing Facility has just what you're looking for.

Our on-site coordinator and activity counselors will work with you to ensure you have everything necessar y  to make your event a success. Our in-house catering gives you the most flexibility in planning your event.Whether your looking for a traditional Downeast Lobster Bake, a complete steak and chicken dinner, barbecue ribs, or just a simple hamburger and hot dog cook-out, our caterers are ready to prepare and serve your meal hot right off the grill . Plus we're able to provide specialty items and we are well aware of vegetarian needs.

If your outing group would like to have a cash bar we can do that too. On a warm summer day we can offer a constant supply of bottled water, soda, or juice on ice to keep your participants cool and refreshed all day. How about freshly prepared strawberry shortcake for dessert or perhaps you'd like to schedule an afternoon break with "Make Your Own Ice Cream Sundaes" or if you prefer to keep it simple, brownies and cookies. If your group would like to opt for fresh fruit for dessert or for a morning/afternoon refresher, we can do that too!

We have sample menus that you can work from plus we can customize the menu to fit your group's needs. If you would rather do the cooking yourself, we have eight foot rental grills available right here at the resort complete with the propane.
