At One Yoga has a Beginners Basics class which is new and very quickly becoming one of our most popular Basics classes. Don't let the name fool you, it is offered as a basics class for students who are new to yoga, but those who are experienced yoga students will find plenty to love about this class. Taught by Sara Brennan, this class offers a slower paced basics class to those who are looking for breath work, movement and more detailed alignment information.
