Marsh in Eastham Cape Cod, abandoned for 40 years, recently moved and restored, Eastham is proud to have this beautiful 1870 Greek Revival back to its historic condition. Our Bed and Breakfast offers bedrooms, a living room and a wonderful front porch... all reflecting the elegance of yesteryear.
Our home and quiet lodging will allow you to enjoy all the comforts while discovering all that Cape Cod has to offer.  All of the bedrooms at 700 Samoset have queen sized beds, televisons, air conditioning and private baths.
You’ll be located very near both Cape Cod Bay or the open ocean at the National Seashore. Quaint windmills, lighthouses and bike trails are all close by. Great Pond in Eastham is just a walk through our private path from the backyard. Our queen size rooms offer yesteryear’s elegance with all of today’s comforts, including a private bath for each. Owner, Sarah Blackwell, is an interior decorator by trade, and the home reflects the kind work she does for her clients both on Cape Cod and Nantucket.  The queen size rooms offer TV/VCR, A/C, refrigerator plus many antiques and appointments can be found throughout the house.  A family/gathering place is located just off the kitchen and dining area. Perfect for socializing, snacking or watching your favorite TV shows, or sneaking an afternoon nap.
