This class is appropriate for those that are new to Yoga, those with limited mobility, those who are overweight, those recovering from an injury, pre/post natal, or for those who are simply feeling run down. All levels welcome.
For anyone wanting to de-stress and renew their entire being, restorative Yoga is soothing class and a great choice. Restorative Yoga works with the nervous system and the endocrine system to bring the body into a state of balance and relaxation. Props are used to further support the body, realign the spine and deepen this relaxed state.
