Located in the center of the Peninsula 30 miles south of San Franciscoand 30 miles North of San Jose, Piacere was opened in 1992 by Tony Gundogdu it has become a neighborhood fixture in San Carlos.
The menu is designed to complement the wines and take advantage of the wide assortment of local seasonal selections from small farms. The kitchen utilizes a char grill and wood burning pizza oven to prepare dishes that range from classic Italian fare to locally grown, inventive contemporary California cuisine. Our seafood and pasta dishes remain favorites, but the Sterling Silver Aged Beef and Pork products have proven to be staples our regulars rely on.
