Welcome to the Natural Health Centre, Redondo Beach, United States. Dr. Grace has been in private practice in Redondo Beach since 1993. She attended California State University at Long Beach, studying Health Science, and then the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic, receiving her Doctorate in Chiropractic in 1992. She's been on faculty SAMRA University of Oriental Medicine teaching Anatomy and has also been on faculty at Cerritos Junior college teaching Health and Nutrition. Dr. Grace has studied Sports Rehabilitation, Orthopedics, and Pediatrics as postgraduate specialties. Dr. Grace's philosophy on healthcare is "keep your spine aligned and your body and mind will work fine". "The Central Nervous System controls and coordinates all organs and structures of the human body." (Gray's Anatomy, 29th Ed., pg. 4). Misalignment of the spinal vertebrae and discs may cause irritation to the nervous system, which could affect the structures, organs, and functions of the body. She teaches her patients, at Natural Health Centre, (a wide range of individuals from professional athletes, children, seniors, and adults) how to get their body to function and perform at its peak potential. Dr. Grace also educates people on how to maximize their health and adaptability to life's stresses… naturally, so they can
