The Progressive American cuisine is complimented by a stylish and trendsetting design. The menu changes daily and features an impressive array of flavors unique to Orlando's culinary community. Featured dishes include Wood Grilled Filet Mignon, Wok Seared Ahi Tuna, Tamari Roasted Duck Breast and Oven Roasted Chilean Seabass.
The Restaurant interior, designed by Urban Studio Architects of Tampa, Florida, blends warm tones, clean-lines and original artwork with the urban architecture of Thornton Park Central's loft space.
Hue Restaurant, Orlando, Florida is open daily. Dinner hours are Sunday - Wednesday 4:00pm - 11:00pm, Thursday-Saturday 4:00pm - 12:00am. Lunch served Monday - Saturday at 11:30am. Brunch served Sunday 11:00am - 4:00pm.
