Welcome to Aero Mobile Home Park Resort, Austin, Texas, United States. We are a quaint community of 43 home-sites situated in a Pecan Grove on the banks of the Colorado River in Austin Texas. The large 50+ year old Pecan trees provide lots of shade during the hot Texas summers.
The beautiful and scenic downtown Austin (the Music Capital of the World) or Austin Bergstrom International Airport are merely a 10 to 15 minute drive. Although in the city limits of Austin, we are also just minutes from the country.
Major Companies such as Freescale, Motorola, Dell and AMD are also within a 10 to 20 minute drive.
The University of Texas is about a 15 minute drive along with other major schools such as St. Edwards University, Concordia College and several of the many Austin Community College campuses.
Central Texas has a number of beautiful lakes and parks for those wanting to boat, water ski, fish, camp or just have a family picnic. Town Lake is in the heart of Austin and has many areas for relaxing or jogging on the hike and bike trails. Most of the lakes are within a 30 to 60 minute drive of our community.
Aero Mobile Home Park has been in business in Austin, Texas for over 50 years. In the mid 1950's, a man named Robert Wolf along with his wife, built this community. In 1984 he sold it to the residents, who made it into the first and only mobile home co-op in the State of Texas. In 1988 ownership was taken over by Mr. Wolf's son, Wayne and his partner, who continue to own it to this day.
