Rainy River

Rainy River is a Canadian town located on the Ontario-Minnesota border in Canada, southeast of the Lake of the Woods. Rainy River offers excellent wildlife viewing opportunities with moose, black bear and deer and more than 130 species of birds. Here there are expanses of old-growth forests and lakes and it's a boating and fishing paradise with wetlands and rocky shores, it's ideal for winter and summer recreation and actitivities and winter includes ice fishing, curling and snowmobiling.
