Antarctica is Earth's southernmost continent, overlying the South Pole. It is situated in the southern hemisphere, almost entirely south of the Antarctic Circle, and is surrounded by the Southern Ocean.  

Asia is the largest and most populated continent on earth. The Asian continent takes up almost 8.6% of the earth's surface and is home to over 4 billion people. Asia is a vast continent that has a fascinating variety of cultures and traditions.  

Australia is the smallest continent in the world that is inhabitated by just one nation. Washed by the Pacific and the Indian oceans, Australia is a fascinating region of landscapes dominated by the inland desert (or outback) and fringed by a more temperate climate. Australia also boasts the Great Barrier Reef, the world's largest coral reef lying off the northeastern coastline.

The Caribbean is a region lying in the Caribbean Sea off the east coast of Central America. A smattering of islands make up the Caribbean Region offering an array of landscapes, vibrant cultures, beautiful beaches and a laid back lifestyle.      

Central America is a central geographic region of the Americas, a narrow portion of land joining the Americas. Technically, Central America is the narrow, southernmost portion of the North American continent, but it is a distinct and vibrant region in its own right. Most of Central America is considered to be part of the Mesoamerican biodiversity hotspot.    

Europe is the westernmost portion of the Eurasian continent, divided from the rest of the continent by the Ural Mountains, the Ural River, the Caspian Sea, and by the Caucasus Mountains to the southeast. Europe is the birthplace of Western culture. European nations played a predominant role in global affairs from the 16th century onwards, especially after the beginning of Colonialism.

North America is a vast continent lying at the north of the Americas and home to three nations, Mexico, United States of America and Canada. North America lies on 4.8% of the earth's surface and is home to over 500 million people.  

Oceania is a vast region dominated by the mighty Pacific Ocean. Oceania consists largely of the myriad of islands located in the Pacific Ocean and vicinity, including the regions of Micronesia, Melanesia and Polynesia.

South America is the southern continent of the Americas washed by the Pacific Ocean on one side and the Atlantic Ocean on the other. South America stretches from the Panama Canal near the equator right south towards the polar region promising a fascinating variety of landscapes and cultures for the visitor.
