Brekstad

Brekstad island is located in Bjugnfjorden on the Fosen Peninsula, between Bjugn and Oerland. There is 50,000 sq. metres of arable land and 10,000 sq. metres of non-arable land. The island could be used for a farm, leisure, private school or development of a luxury mansion, or 20 waterfront vacation/residential homes with a small marina for private use.

The island sits within 1/2 hour drive from the airport. It's 5-10 minutes by boat from the mainland. There are fishing and tourist activities nearby. Enjoy nature, open spaces and privacy.

The island also includes a two story house with 5 rooms. The house was built in 1850 with a cellar for wine, food and veggies. There's also a garage/forge.
