At Kalari Kovilakoma, Kollengode, India, visitors experience a unique sense of wellbeing and healing through Ayurveda, an ancient medicinal system of India which promises a renewal of body and mind and also a deep connection with one's spirit. Kalari Kovilakom is a 19th century graceful palace which has been restored and recreated and in our endeavour to stay true to former traditions, no meat, leather footwear or alcohol are allowed. In spite of modern facilities such as air-conditioning, luxury bath fittings and four-poster beds, at Kalari Kovilakoma only the purest form of ayurveda is administered as per century old traditions, and only herbs that have been freshly picked from our gardens are used. Delicious vegetarian meals that play an important part in treatments are prepared in a unique ayurvedic kitchen. At Kalari Kovilakoma all treatments are customised by our doctors, and are other combined with yoga to ensure deep healing both within and without, and treatments are based on your needs and ayurvedic body type. An ayurveda experience at Kalari Kovilakoma will bring new life and rejuvenation to the weary, and a renewing of the mind to view the world in a whole new light.READ MORE
