The cottage is situated on 3 hectares of bushland, 7 minutes from the Albany town centre on the main tourist route fringing Princess Royal Harbour, King George Sound and the Torndirrup National Park.
It is a private and secluded forest block with safe off-road parking for car, boat and caravan (vehicle undercover).
