Welcome to the Rampaura Watergardens, Thames, Waikato, New Zealand. During the hours of 9-5, the Gardens are open to the public but when the gate closes, the estate becomes your own private playground. In summer, enjoy a swim and a BBQ; in winter curl up by the fire with a book, music or board game. No television, just peace and the sound of running water.
The Lodge offers two bedrooms with queen-sized beds (one en-suite), a large living/dining area, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast room, pantry and numerous decks.
There is a laundry room, adjacent garage and gas bbq facilities.
The Garden Cottage comprises a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, bathroom, open plan kitchen/dining area, a lounge and an outside patio.
The cooking facilities offered in the cottage are a microwave, electric cook pan, toaster, kettle and a gas bbq which is the most popular method of cooking in these parts during the summer months!
Continental breakfast provisions (which are stocked in your kitchen prior to your arrival) are included as are books, magazines, music and games.
