Ngongotaha Primary School has been open since 1911 and has the equivalent of 14 teaching spaces, which have been refurbished with new carpet and wall linings. Buildings and grounds improvements have been carried out under the direction of a very supportive BOT and are maintained at a high level of cleanliness and tidiness by an extremely competent Caretaker.

Session One commences at 8.55am
- Morning Interval is at 10.30am
Session TWO commences at 11.00am and ends at 12.30pm
- LUNCH runs from 12.30pm until 1.10pm
Session THREE commences at 1.10pm and ends at 2.20pm
- Afternoon break runs from 2:20 to 2:45pm
Session FOUR commences at 2.45 and ends at 3.00pm
