Dimitris Mamais, since he was a young boy, reformed the place so that he could offer his customers some "ouzo" or "retsina" next to the sea. Even today anyone who visits the Miami Restaurant senses that he travels back in time away from the noise and traffic of modern society lost in paradise and the beautifull sea. Since 1945 when it first opened, until today, this shop has met a long history of glory, dance and feasts.The heady scent of jasmine permeates the air. The table is set with shrimps, cray fish and lobsters (roasted on the spit) and remind us of an exotic island. Everything at the Miami Restaurant in Thessaloniki is delicious! The mouth-watering starters of roasted Octopus, stuffed kalamari, shrimps or fried cheese prepare the visitor for a promising main dish.
