Welcome to McLellan House Bed & Breakfast in Edmonton.

Your hosts, Julie and Ed Weiss have been married for more than 40 years. Over those years they have lived, worked and traveled in every part of Canada. Julie's work has been that of a schoolteacher and homemaker while Ed has had a distinguished career in business and industry as both a senior executive and a management consultant.

Julie and Ed are now entering their 7th year as B & B hosts. They have lived more than 20 years in western Canada . They are thoroughly familiar with all that  Edmonton and western Canada has to offer. As an added plus, Ed, who was born in Germany still speaks enough German to get by.

We know you'll find your stay at McLellan House Bed & Breakfast to be of exceptional value.  Rates includes breakfast, parking and full use of the pantry and other "old charm" amenities.

McLellan House Bed & Breakfast has a small library, which is located on the guest floor and is equipped with a limited number of interesting books. It also houses an extensive video tape collection which guests may use in the comfort of their rooms. A balcony, for use by guests during appropriate weather, is available off the library. While smoking is not permitted anywhere in McLellan House Bed & Breakfast, it is allowed on the balconies and the front porch.

All guestrooms have private washrooms and each is furnished with period furnishings, paint and wall paper. Top of the line mattresses and bedding ensure a comfortable night.  Each room has a VCR and television.

McLellan House Bed & Breakfast is efficiently heated and air conditioned for your comfort.  Restored original woodwork and millwork is evident throughout the house and is especially noteworthy in the dining room, all windows, the main stairwell and small library.
