The Loerie Hide Bed and Breakfast a ?haven of tranquillity? lies in the heart of the prestigious, leafy suburb of Bonnie Doon in East London, just 10 minutes drive from the centre of the city and only 5 minutes from the beach in the Eastern Cape of South Africa.

The Loerie Hide Bed and Breakfast has two lovely thatched cottages at the bottom of our garden, containing three units decorated in distinctly different styles. There is the Longdavel, containing the Safari room with its distinctly African décor, and the Colonial room, decorated in colonial style, with an old-fashioned ball and claw bath to relax in.

At the other end of the pool is the original Rondavel, also with an African feel to the décor. The Hadedah Suite is a self-catering unit, which has a small kitchenette and a sleeper couch, ideally suited to a small family.

Our latest addition is a luxury Colonial Room that has a king size bed and bath big enough for two. All our rooms are en suite with either a shower or bath and shower. They also all have Satellite TV, tea and coffee making facilities, fridges with refreshments, irons, fans and/or heaters.
