Kidnasium's 3000 square foot gym is fully equipped with mats of all shapes and sizes, parallel and horizontal bars and balance beams. Children from the age of 10 months to 8 years learn basic stretching, balance, co-ordiation and the importance of keeping fit. All this in a playful, fun and non-competitive environment.

Each class is specifically tailored to maximize each child's skills and abilities according to age. Kidnasium's latest addition to the gym is a 20 by 8 foot custom built climbing and traversing wall. We are proud that we are the only facility of its kind with this feature.
