The Restaurant at Hotel Cristallo is well-known for its fish and other typical dishes. The wine cellar offers a vast selection of the best local, Italian and French wines.

The menu varies according to the seasons and the availability of the products so that we are always sure that we are using only the freshest “raw materials” of excellent quality. The meat, dairy products and other produce are produced locally and, if possible, organically. The fish is bought day by day mainly from local fishing-boats. The quality and freshness of the ingredients are elements that get our maximum attention so that we can always propose dishes of excellent niveau.
