For almost 30 years El Toro Restaurant has offered residents and visitors of Banff a taste of some of the world's finest Greek cuisine. Mike & Voula Lambropoulos decided to go with El Toro to fit the Spanish style decor of their restaurant. A little curious to go with a Spanish name for a Greek restaurant, but Mike and Voula made it work. For Mike & Voula the focus has always been on the quality of food and service that customers are going to experience when dining at El Toro. Not the quirky name.
