De Branderij Ganderij - Two separate restaurants, both lain open in the heart of the old town centre of Leiden, daily (except on Monday) as from 17.00. The ambiance of the two restaurants is clearly differing, but the French inspired kitchen is identical. The control is in the hands of Coert Duivenvoorde (general manager) and Harry Bemelman (head chef).
