They even grow their own hops, and the Brewery by-products except waste are re-used on the farm or recycled, plus the spent grain feeds their livestock and compost and greywater is used for irrigation, plus the pigs love the Beer leftovers, it's a sustainable system. Crannog Ales is Canada's first Certified Organic farmhouse microBrewery with the delicious water coming from a spring fed well on the property, and their ales are unfiltered and unpasteurized with a long shelf life and available in draft kegs and the fill growlers, they also have some gorgeous swag available branded to them, so book a tour and come get yours.
