Café Lindeboom

Café Lindeboom in Katwijk, South Holland, Netherlands | Restaurant

The history of Café Lindeboom starts in 1925. A Belgian starts a café in Katwijk in the main road. He resells it after a year to a Noordwijker, who then sells it to Pieter Parlevliet, nicknamed Piet. Piet floated the Restaurant by name café t'centrum and experienced lively times.
Then Theo Lindeboom with his wife took over the cafe and it got it's current name, Café Lindeboom. A lot of building followed - last was in 1992 to become what Café Lindeboom is now. In spite of the many changes one thing always remained the same, the beer mark. Heineken, which now flows for more than (almost) 79 years from the pumps at Café Lindeboom.
