We extend a very warm welcome to our home, Beresford Bed and Breakfast, in the quiet and long established suburb of Bayswater Point in Auckland in New Zealand.

Whether you are fellow kiwis or visiting New Zealand from overseas, on holiday or business, we look forward to ensuring you enjoy our home stay-style Bed and Breakfast accommodation in the near future. Our 2 level House is very modern, being only 4 years old. It is warm, sunny and comfortable and has all the 'mod cons'.

Auckland Harbour Bridge and Bayswater Marina near Beresford Bed and Breakfast accommodation Auckland New Zealand. Bayswater Point is situated on the North Shore between Takapuna and Devonport and is a quiet, long established suburb. Restaurants and shopping in Devonport Village or Takapuna Beach city centre are just a 5-10 minute drive away.

A 10-minute-trip ferry service to Down town Auckland runs regularly from the marina which is a short 10 minute walk down to the end of our road. We are also on the bus route. Auckland City Centre is about a 12-15 minute drive from here (as long as you don't get caught up in traffic!) and the motorway, heading north or south, is about a 5-10 minute drive away. We offer courtesy pick-up and drop-off to the ferry and other local areas by arrangement.

Beresford Bed and Breakfast currently have one upstairs bedroom available with a queen size bed, a private bathroom and own separate sitting room with TV, DVD player and tea & coffee making facilities. You are also welcome to join us in the lounge downstairs to watch TV, listen to music or just chat. You may like to relax out on the patio in the private garden or enjoy a soak in our redwood hot-tub spa. A generous continental breakfast is served downstairs, or upstairs if you prefer. A full cooked breakfast is available at a reasonable extra cost.

We currently offer accommodation for just one couple or one single person in one spacious, light & airy upstairs bedroom with Queen sized bed:

* Duvet with fresh cover - appropriate weight for season
* Electric blanket
* Plenty of drawers and large wardrobe
* Heater

Private tiled bathroom with bath, shower, heated towel rail and underfloor heating in the winter. Your own separate upstairs TV lounge with TV, Sky TV, DVD Player, Tea & Coffee making facilities. Sorry, not suitable for children and no pets please. Smoking permitted outside only.
