Lake Osoyoos:
This beautiful lake is the warmest in Canada and has an average summer temperature of 24 degrees C. The lake is undoubtedly the major draw to the area in the summer months. Lake Osoyoos is surrounded by clean and easily accessible beachfront property.

Spotted Lake:
This unusual natural attraction covers 38 acres of land in the Osoyoos area. The extremely high concentrations of epsom salts, calcium and sodium sulfates are what make the lake the phenomena that it is. The hot Osoyoos sun evaporates the lake water and leaves the minerals behind. These minerals glimmer in stunning shades of blue and green.

Haynes Point Provincial Park:
A piece of land that reaches out into the middle of Lake Osoyoos; offering tremendous views amongst the all-natural surroundings.

Vest Pocket Desert:
This is a perfect location to check out the flora and fauna that is unique to the desert environment of Osoyoos. There are numerous species of animals that frequent this area of the south Okanagan as well.

Mount Kobau Trails:
This alpine trail is easy to navigate- even for a novice, and offers outstanding views of the South Okanagan.

Anarchist Mountain Lookout:
This hike is well worth it. From the top of this Okanagan vista you can see deep into Washington State.

Osoyoos Museum:
The Osoyoos Museum documents the fascinating beginnings of Osoyoos- when it was a humble outpost on the Canadian/US border of the Okanagan region that stretches out over both countries. The Museum is open to the public from May - September. During the months of July and August it is open 7 days a week, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. It is a group of dedicated volunteers who are committed to the maintenance and operation of the museum.

Rattlesnake Canyon:
Fun is the name of the game. Rattlesnake Canyon is a favorite for tourists to Osoyoos in the summer months. Here you can find amusement games and rides, golf, bumper boats, and many other things to keep you entertained from morning till night.

Nk?mip Desert and Heritage Centre:
This is an attraction where you can enjoy interpretive outdoor trails, reconstructed native dwellings and ongoing exhibits. Live animal shows are also popular here. The heritage centre explores the living culture and original desert dwellings of the Okanagan People.
