Welcome to Mangoes Restaurant

Jimmy and Penny Vaughan have been partners of Mangoes for 17 years. During that time Mangoes has become the premier restaurant in the Abacos.

Since Jimmy is not a restauranteur by trade he searched the world for a first class Chef and Manager. In Nick Doyle we found an Executive Chef who was trained and worked at the Intercontinental Hotel in London and Paris then the House of Commons. Nick has been at Mangoes for almost 4 years and has enhanced the reputation of Mangoes still further. His famous 'Taste of Abaco' and his delicious deserts are only examples of his new and exciting dishes from all over the world. There are, of course, the old favorites cooked by our very long serving and capable team.

Nick has started a new and successful side of the business which is outside catering. It could be picnic for you boat trip. or a wedding, or private party. We are always ready to listen to your needs

Abaco is a group of islands where time seems to have stood still, virtually untouched by modern man. There are no crowds, high rises, or casinos to be found here. The pace is relaxing and the dress is casual. A barefoot elegant atmosphere.
