Val uses her background in Nutritional Therapy to search for and obtain the best quality ingredients with the emphasis on organic and local produce wherever possible. Chris is a keen cook and breakfasts are prepared to order bearing individual preferences in mind.
In the interests of the health of all, Mardon Guest House is a no-smoking building (there is a large car park if you cannot do without!).
