The Lizard Marconi Wireless Station at The Lizard in Cornwall, UK is the oldest surviving Marconi Wireless Station in the World, and now also a museum and amateur radio station which are run by the National Trust. The Lizard Lighthouse Heritage Center has distinctive twin towers which mark the most southerly point of mainland Britain, and this landfall and coast mark provides a guid for vessels in passage along the English channel as the waters are very hazardous.
