Our customized workouts are aimed at building strength, increasing muscle mass, increasing metabolism and burning body fats, and to ensure our programs remain interesting, we change our workouts on a daily basis. Unlike many fitness centers, Ellipse Fitness does not have heavy machines, treadmills or exercise equipment, our training techniques include kettle bells, dumbbells, kickboxing and exercises used at boot camps, and our members look forward to joining in our large or small group training programs that are conducted in a fun and social environment, and where they receive personal attention and motivation from our dedicated fitness instructors.

    b Centered Training in Green Bay, Wisconsin, offers members pilates exercises aimed at strengthening, stretching and balancing the whole body while building muscle and toning the body. To ensure our members receive personal and individual attention certain of our classes are kept to a maximum of 6 people per class, and we provide several different pilates classes that include private sessions, mat classes, circuit classes as well as hard core classes that are a combination of pilates and yoga. A barre class at b Centered Training is a full-body, low impact pilates workout for no more than 20 members, and small props are used during a workout that deals with hips, thighs, abdominals and arms.
