The property overlooks one of the few remaining working sea lock gates in Britain which were recently restored for the Millennium, so you may be lucky enough to watch a boat come in.

Munster Cottage is just a 5 minute stroll from Bude town centre and its amenities. This part of the coast is very popular with water sports enthusiasts, walkers and those craving lovely beaches and a classic Cornish seaside holiday.

There is horse riding and a golf course nearby, with swimming and surfing in Bude. Boating, fishing and canoeing are available on the nearby waterway.

Bude also offers a range of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. Splash leisure centre with indoor pool and ten pin bowling alley close by. Local shop and pub within 400 yards.
