Founded in the Herrislea House Hotel The Phoenix Restaurant is open Monday to Saturday 6.30pm to 8.45pm. We specialise in using our meats grown on our family crofts. We grow our own Shetland Lamb and Shetland Beef. Complement this with local seafood, local vegetables and herbs We aim to have something for everyone.
