All dining, media, living and bedroom areas are separately air-conditioned. Office contains computer, telephone and fax facilities with dedicated Internet connection available to rental guests.

Media room contains satellite TV as well as the island cable TV service, providing a bank of 5 TVs (2 massive screen TVs and 3 regular TVs). The media room also contains a card table. Large steam room. Gym contains a tread mill, exercise bicycle, bench and free weights and miscellaneous equipment.

Providenciales is the urban centre of the Turks and Caicos Islands. The Turks and Caicos Islands is also a divers' and water lovers' paradise. Providenciales is home to the only Conch farm in the world. These mollusks with their beautiful pink shells take five years to grow to their adult size. The Conch farm is open for tours during the winter months.
